How to make a Freedom of Information request

BCP Bereavement Care is provided by BCP Council. Please do not make Freedom of Information (FOI) requests directly to BCP Bereavement Care, they will not be responded to. They need to follow our standard FOI request procedure to be logged and responded to correctly.

If you would like to raise a Freedom of Information request (FOI), then please check to see if the information you need is already published and follow the standard procedure from the BCP Council Website. The law requires that BCP Council respond to requests within 20 working days.
